Terms and Conditions, Policy and Guidelines

 

Introduction:

The following is the terms and conditions between Sweet Bear Bait and Supplies and the buyer.  Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions following.  Terms and conditions of purchasing bear baiting products from the Sweet Bear Bait and Supply online store, SBBS Retail location, distributors, and dealers.   Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined.  Please review the terms and conditions carefully.

 

Product:

Sweet Bear Bait and Supply (SBBS) assumes no responsibility for the use of any or all bear bait including Alpha Pellets or other sweet bait products.  SBBS is not liable for how a hunter hunts a bear or how a hunter baits a bait station.  All customers will be held responsible and liable for all baiting procedures, routines and styles at all times.  SBBS will not be held liable for how the customer uses the bait for baiting wild game animals in the wild. All Sweet Bear Bait and Supply (SBBS) PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR HUMAN, DOMESTIC PET OR LIVESTOCK CONSUMPTION!  All bait is expired or damaged, therefore the purchaser assumes all responsibility for buying damaged or expired bait.   All Bait is required to be stored in a cool and dry area!  No Refunds on All Bait purchased through SBBS retail location, distributors and/or dealer/retailers!  Buyer will be held responsible for storage of bait.  Sweet Bear Bait and Supply accepts no liability of damaged products caused by buyer’s resources. 

  

Online / In Store Sales:

All Prices Are Subject to Change Without Notice.  Whereas Prices May Change On Day of Sale Due to The Increasing or Decreasing Exchange Rate.  All Bait Prices Fluctuate with Exchange Rate and Are Subject to Change Without Notice!

 

Payment:

Pre-Payment can be made by PayPal, e-mail transfer, money order, or cash.  

Note:  Bait orders such as donuts or raw cookie dough will not be purchased by our company until payment is approved by the bank.   Payment of cash or credit card will be accepted on day of sale. 

 

Dealer/Outfitter Transport Load Products:

Transport Loads will not be ordered until all payment of shipping, border fee, and product is received.   Once payment is received and bank has approved the funds.  Then the order will be ordered.  The order will then be scheduled to be delivered to the outfitter or dealer location address.   Sweet Bear Bait and Supply is not held liable for damage to products with shipping company delivery.  Buyer will be held responsible for products shipped to their designated address.  A one-hour time limit to unload trucks.  Trucks will only drop bait of at designated address approved by our company.  Buyer will be held responsible to pay for extra time to unload truck.  Buyer will be held liable to pay extra fees if buyer changes the designated delivery address not approved by our company.   Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not be held liable to pay extra fees for buyer exceeding 1-hour unload limit or change of delivery address while trucking company is on route.  HST is applied to all bait and supplies sold in Canada.  Bear Bait sold is the USA is tax free.

 

Prices & HST:

All prices are subject to change without notice.  All products fluctuate with the exchange rate.  Prices are subject to change on the day of the sale depending on the exchange rate increasing or decreasing.  HST on all bait and supplies according to CRA regulations. 

 

Quotes:

All quotes will be subject to change without notice.  Quotes include bait, products, supplies, shipping/trucking, border fee, exchange rate, and any other fees that may apply.

 

Shipping:

Sweet Bear Bait and Supply is not held liable for all products shipped thru Canada Post or other shipping companies.  Buyer resumes responsibility to pre-pay all shipping charges.  No products will be shipped until payment is received and cleared.   Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not be held liable for damage to products shipped.

 

Outfitter:

We do not play favorites.  All buyers are first come first serve.   Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not hold bait or supplies.  Once payment is cleared all bait and products must be shipped immediately.  Buyer assumes responsibility for buying damaged or expired products.  ALL BAIT PURCHASED IS NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.  Buyer assumes responsibility to store all bait in a cool dry area.  Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not be held responsible for use of bait in the outfitters business practice. 

 

Buyer:

Buyer assumes responsibility for all products purchased and delivery in buyers own vehicles.  Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not be responsible for damaged products after purchase is completed. 

 

Dealers:

Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not be held responsible or liable for damaged products after purchase is made.  All products are to be sold with SBBS labels.  SBBS labels is on all products.  Dealer is required to make sure "NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION" is very clear on the label before sale is finalized.  Our company will not be held liable for a sale of a product that has no label applied.  Our company will not be held liable for buyers purchasing bear bait for the use of feeding humans, livestock, or pets.  ALL BEAR BAIT SOLD IS "NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, WILD GAME BAIT ONLY."

 

Refunds / Returns or Exchanges:

Sweet Bear Bait and Supply (SBBS) will not refund, accept returns, or product exchanges on all bear bait products and supplies.  All bait sold as is.  Bear bait may not be accurate in weight according to manufacturer labels.   No refunds on all purchases.  Buyer assumes responsibility in purchasing expired or damaged products.  Our company will not be held liable for buyers purchases of damaged or expired purchases.

 

Tips and Practices of Bear Hunting or Baiting:

Sweet Bear Bait and Supply accepts no responsibility consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided for bear hunting and baiting tips.  Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not be held liable for the use of our information of how to bait or bear hunt while the hunter is baiting or hunting.  Disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited.

 

Return Policy:

Sweet Bear Bait and Supply will not accept any returns on all bait products.  Buyer assumes responsibility for purchasing expired and damaged products.
